Fesler 2010-2011 Camaro Fiberglass Front Splitter
This is a 100% functional lower front splitter piece for the 2010-2011 V8 Camaros. Made with hand laid fiberglass. Piece comes gel coated white and completely paintable. Our front splitters were made to mimic Corvette styling and performance. Also, Fesler front splitters are easily painted.
Fesler makes all of it's 2010-2011 Camaro body kit components in house.
Professional installation is recommended.
PLEASE NOTE: The front splitter on this body kit IS NOT compatible with V6 model Camaros. A V8 OEM front fascia (not included) is required for proper mounting.
What does a front splitter piece do? A splitter serves to increase the amount of downforce at the front of the car. The airstream is brought to stagnation above the splitter by an air dam, causing an area of high pressure. Below the splitter, the air is redirected away from the stagnation zone and is accelerated, causing the pressure to drop. This, combined with the high pressure over the splitter creates downforce. The larger the area of the splitter, the more downforce is generated.
