Fesler 2010-2011 Camaro Fiberglass Rear Diffuser
This is a 100% functional lower rear diffuser for the 2010-2011 V6 and V8 Camaros. Made with hand laid fiberglass. Comes gel coated white and completely paintable. Our rear diffusers were made to mimic the factory style diffuser, only without the "venting" or "grating" along the top edge (see our OEM photo above). Also, Fesler rear diffusers are easily painted, unlike the textured factory piece.
Fesler makes all of it's 2010-2011 Camaro body kit components in house.
Professional installation is recommended.
What does a rear diffuser do? Diffusers work in conjunction with other aerodynamic components of a car to help produce downforce. Because a car displaces air as it moves forward, the air molecules in the rear of the car get disrupted causing a vacuum of low pressure air.
To help channel the high speed air flow coming from underneath the car, diffusers redirects the high speed air flow to transition smoothly transition into the low pressure vacuum in the rear.
