I authorize FESLER USA, LLC aka FLUSH MOUNT GLASS COMPANY, LLC to take payment according to my preference during checkout for the agreed upon purchase listed in my cart. This permission is for a single Fesler order. This authorization applies to your initial payment as well as any additional or recurring payments associated with this transaction. By completing and signing this form, I acknowledge that the charges, once charged, are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this debit/credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form.
Please agree to the following conditions regarding payment:
1. Fesler assumes no obligation to perform any type of research regarding fitment of ordered parts and how they relate to your project. Such information is the sole responsibility and obligation of the customer. Fesler is not responsible for items or parts purchased and/or ordered by customer that are wrong in fitment or application. Any and all products, additional labor or supplemental purchases are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. All flush mount glass orders must be test fit to your vehicle within 60 days of receipt. If you do not test fit within this specific time frame, you will not be entitled to purchase support regarding fitment.
3. Web descriptions are general in nature. Each job is specific to itself and cannot be grouped into a generally described category. No product on Fesler’s web store is described as anything other than a standard product.
4. Nothing in this order is refundable including flush mount glass, upholstered items, aftermarket items not manufactured by Fesler, seating, Recaros or any labor incurred. These items are all specialized in nature and have been ordered specifically for your purchase
5. All glass items are non returnable, non refundable and final. All damage claims must be reported to Fesler immediately upon delivery. Glass that arrives broken will be replaced at no charge. DO NOT SHIP GLASS BACK OR REFUSE SHIPMENT FOR ANY REASON. You will be charged a $300 return fee.
6. Leather grains, textures and sheens vary from lot to lot and therefor cannot be guaranteed, promised or assumed to match any present or past lot of material, including past Fesler orders. Upholstered item sales are NOT RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure to speak to your rep about the style, color and sheen of your material before proceeding. You will not be able to return your items due to material “mis-match” or not being “as described”.
7. Nothing Fesler advertises is labeled as “perfect fit” or “no modifications necessary”. There is a very good chance your vehicle will need minor modifications in order for the piece to fit to your expectations. While most Fesler products fit with no issues, if a perfect fit is what you are looking for, you will have to make modifications. Fesler is not responsible for any modifications you have to make to your vehicle in order for our parts to work.

8. Your order will be shipped as soon as it is available or finished (for custom items). If ordering an entire kit, your order will ship when all items have been upholstered. Non Fesler items may ship sooner. If it is beneficial for Fesler to ship your items as they become available, we will notify you first of this decision.

9. Although Fesler will estimate a timeframe to finish your order, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. It is possible projects can stretch beyond their estimated due date for a variety of reasons including: material shortage, staff shortage, machine breakdown, shipping issues, backordered items and general time delay. Not meeting a suggested time deadline does not authorize a return or refund at any time.
10. If, for some reason, a chargeback is issued to you from your credit card company or financial institution, Fesler will immediately pursue any and all legal options.
11. During your purchase, your payment method was AUTHORIZED to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the entire transaction processes or the authorization expires (7 days), but this IS NOT an actual charge. Your payment method will not be charged until your order ships unless it is for deposit purposes at which point a 50% payment will be taken with the remaining 50% due upon shipping.
12. There is a $300 fee for any package/pallet/crate or box that is refused at the time of delivery. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any damage to the DRIVER and be sure to note the damage or problem on the driver’s BOL. Keep the package and call Fesler at 480-748-2000 for instructions.
I authorize the above-named merchant to charge the payment method indicated in this authorization form according to the abovementioned terms. This payment authorization is for the goods/services described in the above order number, for the amount indicated.
