1967 C10

This first-year C10 is our in-house test truck for 1967–72 Chevy pickups. Chassis, sheet-metal, glass, and interior are all being reworked to prove out our C10 parts line before anything ships to customers.

Platform: 1967–72 C10 short bed build

Focus: Flush glass, dash, interior panels, stance, and drivability
Build Story

A ’67 C10 that drives like a modern truck

The goal with this C10 is simple: keep the attitude of a first-year body but give it the stance, braking, and interior feel of a modern performance truck.

Underneath, the chassis and suspension are updated to handle real power and real miles. Geometry, tire size, and ride height are all dialed so the truck looks right aired out and still works when you actually drive it.

Sheet-metal changes stay subtle and intentional. Panel gaps, hood and bed alignment, and glass openings are all tightened up to support our flush glass, interior, and trim packages.

  • Reworked chassis and suspension for a planted, predictable feel
  • Braking and steering upgrades centered around street use
  • Body and bed alignment tightened for glass and trim fitment
  • Built as a real driver – not just a showpiece
Interior & Details

C10 cabin reimagined with Fesler parts

Inside, this truck acts as a demo for our 1967–72 C10 interior system – dash overlay, door panels, kick panels, and supporting details.

The interior is built around our fiberglass dash overlay and door panels, giving the truck a smoother, more cohesive look than factory plastic and steel. Kick panels, cowl treatment, and headliner layout are all designed to work with our glass and weatherstrip strategy.

  • Fesler dash overlay and door panels in hand-laid fiberglass with smooth gel-coat
  • Kick panels and trim designed to clear pedals, wiring, and speaker options
  • Flush glass test-fit in this cab for clean reveals and even urethane gaps
  • Placement for Dakota Digital gauges, AC vents, and switchgear planned from the start

FAQs

Common questions about this 1967 C10

Is this truck a full frame-off build?

It’s a full, ground-up style project with major chassis, suspension, and interior work. Like most of our in-house projects, it’s built to a high standard so we can test parts in real conditions.

Can you replicate this look on my C10?

We can get very close, but every truck starts in a different place. We’ll talk through your budget, how you use the truck, and how wild you want to go with the stance, glass, and interior.

Do I have to run flush glass to use your interior parts?

No. Our door panels, dash overlay, and trim will work with OEM-style glass as well. Flush glass just tightens up the overall look and lets us run cleaner reveals around the openings.

How do I start a C10 project with Fesler?

Reach out through our contact page with a few photos of your truck, where it’s located, and what you want to accomplish. From there, we’ll walk you through options for parts only, partial work, or a full build.
