The Fesler USA 1966–1967 Nova full interior kit is a five-piece, complete cabin overhaul for the Chevy II and Nova 2-door hardtop and coupe. Dash overlay, door panels, kick panels, floor console, and package tray. Every major interior surface. CAD-modeled, hand-laid fiberglass built in Phoenix, Arizona and finished in smooth gel-coat across every piece. The Nova is one of the most built-upon platforms in the classic Chevy world. This kit gives it an interior that finally matches the build around it.

What's included in the kit
Not included: Upholstery materials or labor, speakers, audio components, switches, electronics, shifter mechanisms, console hardware, or mounting hardware for custom configurations.
Recommended add-ons to complete the build:
Fesler billet door handles (multiple finishes), power window kits with GM motors, window crank or switch kits, Morel speaker kits, Dakota Digital gauge cluster, and Fesler billet AC vents. All available separately or bundled through individual product listings.
Important: All panels ship raw in gel-coat finish.
It is the customer's responsibility to have all panels upholstered or painted to match their interior, unless ordering with Fesler's in-house wrap service. Professional installation is recommended.

You do not have to source your own upholstery shop. Fesler can wrap and finish the entire kit in-house in your choice of leather, vinyl, or suede with custom stitching, inserts, and detailing tailored to your Nova build.

4-door, wagon, and convertible owners: this kit does not directly fit.
This kit is designed for the 1966–1967 Nova and Chevy II 2-door hardtop and coupe platform only. Four-door, station wagon, and convertible configurations have different interior dimensions and will require modification. Contact us before ordering if you are building on a non-standard body.
Test-fit before you finish. Every Nova has its own history. Prior bodywork, rust repair, and non-OE restoration work can affect how individual pieces seat. Always test-fit every piece before wrapping or painting.
Installation
- Skill level: Intermediate to advanced. This is a full interior replacement across five pieces. Plan your install sequence before you start. Recommended order: dash overlay, door panels, kick panels, console, package tray.
- Test-fitting: Required on all five pieces before upholstery or paint. Do not skip this step, particularly on the dash overlay and package tray.
- Tools required: Basic hand tools for standard bolt-on applications. Minor trimming tools for final fitment adjustments on cars with body history.
- Console note: Modifications may be required for custom shifter, cupholder, or switch configurations. Plan your layout before sending panels to your upholstery shop.
- Professional installation strongly recommended for final fitment, upholstery work, gauge installation, speaker wiring, and power window integration.

- All five pieces are inspected, finished, packaged, and shipped in-house from Phoenix, Arizona.
- Ships as oversize freight due to door panel and dash dimensions. Weight is listed as dimensional weight for shipping purposes.
