This Kit Was Designed for Serious Builds
This is not a weekend bolt-on. The Fesler one-piece door glass kit is a builder-grade conversion designed for trucks that are getting built right. The glass itself is precision-manufactured to exact tolerances, but the conversion involves door preparation and modification work that goes beyond a simple swap.
That's by design. The kits currently on the market that promise a "drop-in" install make compromises to get there, and you see it in the fit, the function, and the longevity. We went a different direction. We engineered this kit the way it needs to be engineered to actually work the way everyone wants it to: smooth operation, tight seal, clean lines, built to last.
If you're building a truck to a high standard, or your shop builds trucks to a high standard, this is the kit you've been waiting for.
Built for
Shops, experienced builders, and serious restomods. Trucks that are getting a real build with real attention to detail. If you're already doing flush-mount glass, custom interior, or a full frame-off, this kit belongs on your build sheet.
Probably not for
First-time builders looking for a quick swap with hand tools in the driveway. This conversion involves door prep and modification. It's absolutely doable for a skilled DIYer, but it's not just "pull the old glass out, drop the new glass in."
What Is One-Piece Door Glass on a C10?
From the factory, every 1967-1972 Chevy C10 came with a two-piece door glass setup: a main window pane and a smaller triangular vent window, separated by a vertical divider bar. It was standard for the era. Every truck had it.
A one-piece door glass conversion replaces that entire assembly with a single, continuous pane of glass. The vent window is gone. The divider bar is gone. The frame hardware, the pivot points, the seals that dry-rot and leak after 50+ years. What you're left with is one clean piece of glass that rolls up and down without any of the visual clutter or mechanical headaches of the original design.
For the C10 community, this has always been one of those upgrades that instantly changes the entire look of the truck. The side profile goes from "old truck" to "finished build" in a way that few other single upgrades can match. It's the same kind of visual transformation that flush-mount windshield and rear glass delivers on the front and back of the truck, but for the doors.

Why Fesler's C10 One-Piece Glass Is Different
There are other one-piece window kits on the market for the C10. We know that. Here's why we built our own anyway.
DOT Approved
Every piece of Fesler glass is DOT-certified for road use. This matters if your truck is registered, insured, or driven on the street. A lot of kits on the market use imported glass with no legitimate DOT certification.
Pilkington OEM Glass
Manufactured in partnership with Pilkington, an OEM glass manufacturer trusted by major automakers worldwide. Not the imported stuff that fits like garbage and deteriorates in the sun.
Prototyped on Real Trucks
Every Fesler glass kit goes through iterative prototyping and test-fitting on real trucks before production. We prototype, mold, test-fit, manufacture, and test-fit again. The glass is precision-cut to exact tolerances so the finished result looks and functions the way it should.
American Made
Designed and manufactured in Phoenix, AZ in partnership with Pilkington. American-made products don't get tariffs. We don't source from overseas factories with inconsistent quality control.

The C10 Vent Window Delete. Done Right.
If you've been searching for a C10 vent window delete kit, a 1967-1972 C10 one-piece window conversion, or a way to eliminate the factory vent window on your Chevy truck, this is what the market has been missing.
The factory two-piece door glass on the 1967-1972 C10 was fine for the era, but it's the first thing that dates the truck. The triangular vent window, the vertical divider bar, the pivot hardware, and the rubber seals that crack and leak after 50+ years all add visual noise and mechanical problems that a modern build shouldn't have to deal with.
The Fesler one-piece door glass conversion eliminates all of it. One clean pane of tempered glass replaces the entire vent window assembly. The divider bar is gone. The vent hardware is gone. The seals that dry-rot are gone. What's left is a side profile that looks like a modern truck: clean, uninterrupted glass that operates smoothly with your manual or power window regulator.
The difference between the Fesler kit and what's been available is simple: this one is DOT-approved, American-made with Pilkington OEM-grade glass, and precision-engineered through iterative prototyping on real trucks. The conversion itself involves door preparation and modification, and that's intentional. The kits that skip that step are the ones that rattle, leak, and look wrong in two years. We engineered this the way it needs to be done to actually deliver the result builders are after.
What to Expect
Full kit contents and detailed installation documentation will be published when pre-orders open. Here's what we're engineering into the package and what the conversion involves at a high level.
Precision-Cut Glass
One-piece tempered door glass manufactured by Pilkington to Fesler's exact specifications. DOT-approved and sized to the 1967-1972 C10 door opening.
Seals and Hardware
Purpose-engineered seals and mounting hardware designed for this specific conversion. Not repurposed from another application.
Installation Documentation
Detailed instructions covering the full conversion process, including required door preparation steps and recommended tools.
Door Preparation Required
This is a conversion, not a swap. The install involves modification to the door to accommodate the one-piece glass. This is standard practice for a proper vent window delete and the reason the end result works the way it should.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much will the C10 one-piece door glass cost?
Pricing will be announced when pre-orders open. Get on the pre-order notification list above to be the first to know.
When will pre-orders open?
The kit is currently in final prototyping. Pre-order timing will be announced to the notification list first. If you're on the list, you'll hear about it before anyone else.
Is this a drop-in install?
No. This is a builder-grade conversion kit. The glass itself is precision-manufactured to exact tolerances, but the conversion involves door preparation and modification to properly accommodate the one-piece design. This is standard practice for a proper vent window delete, and it's the reason the end result works the way it should. The kits on the market that skip this step are the ones that rattle, leak, and look wrong after a year. Detailed installation documentation will be included with every kit.
What years does it fit?
The kit is engineered for 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, and 1972 Chevrolet C10 and GMC trucks. This includes C10, C20, C30, K10, K20, and K30 pickups, as well as Suburban and Blazer models with standard front doors. It works with both manual and power window regulators.
Is the glass DOT approved?
Yes. Like all Fesler glass products, the C10 one-piece door glass is DOT-certified and manufactured using Pilkington OEM-grade float glass. This matters if your truck is registered, insured, or driven on the street.
Can I pair this with Fesler flush-mount windshield and rear glass?
Absolutely. Fesler already offers a 1967-1972 C10 flush-mount glass kit for the windshield and rear window. Combining that with one-piece door glass gives the truck a completely modern glass profile: flush front and rear, clean one-piece doors, no trim, no rubber, no vent windows. All from one manufacturer, all engineered to the same standard.
What is a C10 vent window delete?
A vent window delete removes the factory triangular vent window and vertical divider bar from the door of a 1967-1972 Chevy C10 truck. The entire two-piece assembly is replaced with a single, continuous pane of glass, giving the truck a clean, modern side profile. The Fesler one-piece door glass kit is a complete vent window delete conversion.
Where is Fesler glass manufactured?
All Fesler glass is manufactured in partnership with Pilkington, an OEM glass manufacturer trusted by major automakers worldwide. Fesler products are designed and built in Phoenix, Arizona. We do not source glass from overseas factories.
