The Fesler USA 1967–1972 C-10 full interior kit is a complete cabin overhaul in one order. Five pieces. Every major interior surface. CAD-modeled, hand-laid fiberglass built in Phoenix, Arizona and finished in smooth gel-coat ready for your upholstery shop, paint booth, or Fesler's own in-house wrap team. This is not a collection of parts sourced from different places and boxed together. Every piece in this kit was designed as a system, tooled together, and finished to the same standard. When it goes in your C-10, it looks like it was always supposed to be there.
FIVE PIECES. ONE BUILD. EVERY MAJOR INTERIOR SURFACE COVERED.
CAD-MODELED, HAND-LAID, AND GEL-COATED IN ARIZONA.
Why builders choose the Fesler C-10 full interior kit
- CAD-modeled fiberglass construction: Every piece starts with a digital model for consistent geometry and repeatable fitment. Not hand-sketched. Not eyeballed.
- Everything designed together: Dash, door panels, kick panels, headliner, and trim panel were developed as a system. Every transition, every edge, every surface profile was drawn to work with the others.
- Smooth gel-coat across every piece: All five components arrive with the same consistent gel-coat finish. Your upholstery shop gets a uniform surface on every panel.
- Full cabin coverage: Eliminates the factory low-coverage areas and panel inconsistencies that plague original C-10 interiors. The kit covers the dash, doors, lower kick area, headliner, and rear trim panel.
- Arizona-built with in-house QC: Every piece is inspected before it ships. No third-party fulfillment. No outsourced components.
- Custom wrap available in-house: Fesler can wrap and finish the entire kit in leather, vinyl, or suede with custom stitching and detailing tailored to your build. Contact us for a quote.
What's included in the kit

Fitment
- Primary application: 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, and 1972 Chevrolet and GMC C-10 pickup trucks.
- Trim levels: Fits Base, CST, Cheyenne, and Custom models.
- Cab configuration: Designed for standard cab trucks with factory or aftermarket dashes.
- Modified cabs: Prior bodywork, non-OE dash modifications, or custom cab configurations may require minor trimming for final fitment. Test-fit all pieces before committing to upholstery or paint.
Test-fit before you finish. As with all fiberglass interior components, some trucks may require minor adjustments depending on their history, prior restorations, or bodywork. Always test-fit every piece before wrapping or painting.
Installation
- Skill level: Intermediate to advanced. This is a full interior replacement. Plan the install sequence before you start. Dash first, then headliner, then door panels, then kick panels, then trim panel.
- Test-fitting: Required on all five pieces before upholstery or paint. Do not skip this step.
- Tools required: Basic hand tools for standard bolt-on applications. Cutting tools if modifying speaker openings in kick panels beyond the designed cutout.
- Professional installation strongly recommended for final fitment, upholstery work, gauge installation, speaker wiring, and power window integration.
Shipping
- All five pieces are inspected, finished, packaged, and shipped in-house from Phoenix, Arizona.
- Ships as oversize freight. Weight is listed as dimensional weight for shipping purposes.
- Lead time may apply on full kit orders. Contact us before ordering if your build has a hard deadline.
