If you've been following @feslerusa on Instagram, you've already seen the teasers. We've been working on something that the C10 community has been asking about for a long time, and it's almost ready.
Fesler is bringing a one-piece door glass kit to market for the 1967–1972 Chevy C10.
DOT-approved. American-made with our partner Pilkington. Precision-engineered with the same philosophy behind every Fesler flush-mount glass kit — prototype it, test-fit it on real trucks, manufacture it, then test-fit it again before it ever reaches a customer. No sanding. No shimming. No hoping it works when it shows up at your door.
Pre-orders will be opening soon. If you want to be first in line, send us an email to get on the pre-order list, or keep an eye on the 1967–72 Chevy Truck collection — the product page will be live shortly where you can drop your email and get notified the moment they're available.
What Is One-Piece Door Glass on a C10?
From the factory, 1967–1972 Chevy C10 trucks came with a two-piece door glass setup — a main window pane and a smaller triangular vent window separated by a vertical divider bar. It was standard for the era. Every truck had it.
A one-piece door glass conversion replaces that entire assembly with a single, continuous pane of glass. The vent window is gone. The divider bar is gone. The frame hardware, the pivot points, the seals that dry-rot and leak — all gone. What's left is one clean piece of glass that rolls up and down without any of the visual clutter or mechanical headaches of the original design.
For the C10 community, this has always been one of those upgrades that instantly changes the entire look of the truck. You notice it immediately. The side profile goes from "old truck" to "finished build" in a way that few other single upgrades can match. It's the same kind of visual transformation that flush-mount windshield and rear glass delivers on the front and back of the truck — but for the doors.
Why Fesler Is Building This
We already make the flush-mount windshield and rear glass kit for the 1967–1972 C10. It's one of our most popular products. But customers have been asking the same question for years: "When are you doing the door glass?"
The honest answer was always that we wouldn't do it until we could do it right. One-piece door glass kits have been on the market for a while from other manufacturers, and we've seen the fitment complaints, the quality inconsistencies, and the corners that get cut when glass is sourced from overseas and sold without serious engineering behind it. We weren't interested in putting our name on that.
What changed is that we've now completed the development process the Fesler way — the same way we develop every glass product we sell:
- Designed and prototyped in-house
- Manufactured in North America with Pilkington OEM-grade float glass
- Test-fit on multiple real 1967–1972 C10 trucks with different body conditions, door configurations, and build variations
- DOT-certified for road use
- Engineered to fit as delivered — no sanding, no grinding, no "make it work" modifications
The test glass came out perfect. We're confident it's ready.

What Makes Fesler's C10 One-Piece Door Glass Different?
There are other one-piece window kits on the market for the C10. We know that. Here's why we built our own anyway.
DOT-Approved, American-Made Glass
Every piece of Fesler glass is manufactured in North America through our partnership with Pilkington, an OEM glass manufacturer trusted by major automakers worldwide. The glass is DOT-certified, which means it meets federal safety standards for road use. This matters if your truck is registered, insured, or driven on the street — not just trailered to shows.
A lot of one-piece kits on the market use imported glass of unknown origin. Some of it fits well. Some of it doesn't. And very little of it carries a legitimate DOT certification. If you're building a truck you actually plan to drive, that distinction matters.
Precision Fit — Engineered, Not Just Cut
Fesler glass goes through an iterative prototyping and test-fit process before it goes into production. We don't take a factory spec, add a few millimeters, and hope for the best. We prototype, mold, test-fit on real trucks, adjust, manufacture, and test-fit again. The result is glass that seats correctly in the door without requiring you to sand edges, shim gaps, or wrestle with alignment.
If you've installed aftermarket glass before and had to "massage" it to make it work, you know exactly what we're talking about. That shouldn't be part of the process, and with Fesler glass, it isn't.

Designed to Work with the Fesler C10 Ecosystem
This is where the one-piece door glass really comes together. Fesler already makes a full range of products for the 1967–1972 C10:
- Flush-mount windshield and rear glass (front & rear)
- Fiberglass door panels
- Kick panels, dash components, and interior trim
Pairing the one-piece door glass with flush-mount front and rear glass gives the truck a completely modern glass profile — flush on all sides, no trim, no rubber, no vent windows. Add Fesler door panels and interior components, and you've got a cohesive build where every piece was designed to work together. That's a level of integration you can't get when you're sourcing each part from a different manufacturer and hoping it all lines up.
What Years and Models Does It Fit?
The Fesler one-piece door glass kit is being developed for 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, and 1972 Chevrolet and GMC trucks — including the C10, C20, C30, K10, K20, and K30 pickup models, as well as Suburban and Blazer applications with standard front doors.

Frequently Asked Questions
What years does the Fesler C10 one-piece door glass fit?
The kit is being developed for 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, and 1972 Chevrolet C10 and GMC trucks. This includes C10, C20, C30, K10, K20, and K30 pickups, as well as Suburban and Blazer models with standard front doors.
Is the Fesler C10 one-piece door glass DOT approved?
Yes. Like all Fesler glass products, the C10 one-piece door glass is DOT-certified and manufactured in North America using Pilkington OEM-grade float glass — the same supplier trusted by major automotive manufacturers.
Does the one-piece door glass eliminate the vent window completely?
Yes. The conversion replaces the factory two-piece design — the main window pane, the vent window, and the vertical divider bar — with a single, continuous piece of glass. The vent hardware, pivot points, and seals are all removed.
How is Fesler's one-piece door glass different from other C10 one-piece window kits on the market?
Fesler glass is DOT-approved, manufactured in North America with Pilkington OEM-grade glass, and precision-engineered through iterative prototyping and multi-vehicle test fitting. Unlike imported kits that may require sanding or modification, Fesler glass is designed to fit as delivered. It's also designed to integrate with the full Fesler C10 product ecosystem — flush-mount front and rear glass, fiberglass door panels, kick panels, and interior trim.
Can I pair the one-piece door glass with Fesler flush-mount windshield and rear glass?
Absolutely. Fesler already offers a 1967–1972 C10 flush-mount glass kit for the windshield and rear window. Combining that with one-piece door glass gives the truck a completely modern glass profile on all four sides — flush front and rear, clean one-piece door glass, no trim, no rubber, no vent windows.
Will this work with power windows?
The kit is being engineered to work with both manual and power window regulators. We'll publish full compatibility details and installation notes when the product page goes live.
How much will the Fesler C10 one-piece door glass kit cost?
Pricing will be announced when pre-orders open. Sign up for the pre-order notification list by emailing info@shopfesler.com to be the first to know.
Does Fesler ship the one-piece door glass kit nationwide?
Yes. Fesler ships all glass products nationwide and internationally. Glass kits ship via LTL freight to ensure safe delivery. Shipping details and timelines will be available on the product page.
The Complete C10 Glass Upgrade
When the one-piece door glass joins the lineup, Fesler will be the only manufacturer offering a complete, American-made, DOT-approved glass solution for the 1967–1972 C10 — flush-mount windshield, flush-mount rear glass, and one-piece door glass. Every pane on the truck, from one source, engineered to the same standard, made with the same Pilkington OEM-grade glass.
That's what we've been working toward, and it's almost here.
