Another week on the shop floor, another round of builds moving forward. This one had a little bit of everything — new product launches, custom leather going in, a full interior wrapped up, and a supercharged Chevelle strapped to the dyno. If you missed it on our Instagram, here's the full rundown.
C10 One-Piece Flush-Mount Glass Kit — Coming Soon

The new 1967–1972 Chevy C10 one-piece flush-mount glass kit is dialed in. We've been working on this one for a while and the test glass came out perfect — a clean, modern upgrade that's better than factory. This is DOT-approved Fesler flush glass made with our partner Pilkington, an OEM-grade glass manufacturer — not the imported stuff that fits like garbage and deteriorates in the sun.
Pre-orders will be up on the store in the next few weeks. If you're building a C10 and want to get on the list early, reach out to us directly or keep an eye on the 1967–72 Chevy Truck collection.
What makes Fesler flush glass different?
Every Fesler flush-mount glass kit is manufactured in North America using Pilkington float glass — the same supplier trusted by major OEM automakers. The kits are DOT-approved, trim-delete (rubberless), and engineered to sit flush against the body for a modern, clean look that transforms the entire profile of the vehicle. We test-fit every kit on actual builds in our Phoenix shop before it goes to production.
'66–'76 Ford Bronco Flush-Mount Glass — Now Shipping

The 1966–1976 Ford Bronco flush-mount glass is finally ready to sell and ship. This has been one of our most-requested kits and it's been worth the wait. The glass is set, the fit is clean, and these should all be shipping within a few weeks.
If you're building a first-gen Bronco, this is the upgrade that changes the entire look of the truck. Head to the Bronco collection page to get on the list.
Does Fesler make flush glass for the Ford Bronco?
Yes. Fesler now offers a complete DOT-approved flush-mount glass kit for the 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, and 1976 Ford Bronco. The kit includes front and rear glass with a trimless, rubberless design manufactured with Pilkington OEM-grade glass. Kits ship from our shop in Phoenix, Arizona.
2nd Gen Camaro Door Panels & Kick Panels — Black Leather, Custom Stitch

A fresh set of 1970–1981 2nd Gen Camaro door panels and kick panels just came off the bench — wrapped in black leather with custom stitch detail. These are hand-built fiberglass panels made right here in our Phoenix shop and finished with automotive-grade leather that's built to handle Arizona heat (and everywhere else).
Fesler interior parts are designed to drop in and finish a build. If you're doing a 2nd Gen, check out the 2nd Gen Camaro door panels, the kick panels, or grab the full 2nd Gen Camaro interior kit and save 10%.
Can Fesler interior panels be ordered in custom colors?
Yes. While our standard panels ship in common configurations, Fesler interiors can be customized in any color combination. We wrap door panels, kick panels, consoles, dashes, and more in your choice of leather and stitch color. Contact us with your build details and we'll get you dialed in.
El Camino Custom Interior — Finished

This El Camino interior is officially wrapped up and the stereo is kicking. Full Fesler treatment — custom door panels, dash, console, and a sound system that hits. Another one rolling out of the Phoenix shop looking completely different than when it came in.

We also dropped in a set of full power seats — wired, wrapped, and ready to go. These are available if you need a set for your build, and we can rewrap them to match any interior color. Between the door panels, the dash, and these seats, this Elco went from bare to built.
Does Fesler sell power seats for classic cars?
Yes. Fesler offers full power seats that come pre-wired and ready to bolt in. They can also be rewrapped in custom leather to match your interior. These work across a range of classic GM platforms. Contact us for availability and fitment details.
The Maliblu — '67 Chevelle Hits the Dyno

The moment we've been waiting for. The 1967 Chevelle "Maliblu" — Fesler's flagship build — is strapped to the dyno and ready to put down numbers. Under the hood is a Whipple-supercharged 6.0L GM hot cam engine backed by a Tremec Magnum 6-speed manual, and the full build is loaded with parts from the brands we trust on every customer car:
- Whipple Superchargers
- American Racing Headers
- Ron Francis Wiring
- Ididit Steering
- Vintage Air
- SPARC Industries
- Schott Performance Wheels
- Baer Brakes
- Dakota Digital gauges
- Hotchkis suspension
- Kicker Audio
Dyno results coming soon. Follow us on Instagram to see the numbers when they drop.

Shop Hack: Building Exhaust on the Frame

Here's one from the shop floor. We put wood under the frame rails to simulate the ground, which lets us fully build and route the exhaust system before the body goes back on. That way we know everything clears — headers, collectors, pipes, and hangers — before the car is assembled. Nice and tight, no surprises.
It's a simple trick that saves hours of rework and we use it on every frame-off build. If you're doing exhaust work on a bare frame, steal this one.
Frame Ready for Body — Almost There

Exhaust is done. Baer brakes are on. Engine is dressed and in. This frame is officially ready for the body to come back down. Next week this thing is going to look completely different — and we'll be posting every step.
This is what a proper frame-off restoration looks like when every system gets attention before the body goes on. Suspension, brakes, exhaust, drivetrain, wiring — all addressed while you can still reach everything. The body drop is the reward for doing it right.
