Important: Raw panels are not upholstered.

It is the customer's responsibility to have this panel upholstered to match their interior. Upholstered panels are planned for a future offering. Professional installation is recommended.

Fitment

  • Primary application: 1969 Chevrolet Camaro (first generation), factory shell.
  • Also fits: 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, and 1972 Chevrolet Nova with minimal modification.

This dash will NOT fit 1967, 1968, or 1969 Pontiac Firebirds without significant modification to the metal substructure.

The Firebird shares the F-body platform but the dash structure differs enough that this panel is not a recommended application. Contact us before ordering if you are building a Firebird.

Dynacorn and reproduction bodies: Reproduction shells may require minor trimming for proper fit. Factory original shells fit without modification.

1967 Camaro note: This overlay was designed around the 1969 Camaro dash structure. Fitment on 1967 and 1968 Camaro factory shells has not been confirmed. Contact us before ordering.

AC vents: This dash was designed to accept Fesler billet AC vents, available in the drop-down. Any standard vent will work with minor fitting. Select your preference at checkout.

Installation

  • Install time: Approximately 30 minutes on a factory 1969 Camaro shell with the Fesler cluster.
  • Skill level: Intermediate. Bolt-on with factory shell and Fesler cluster. Modification required when using the factory cluster or a reproduction body.
  • Tools required: Basic hand tools. No cutting required for factory applications with the Fesler cluster.
  • A-pillar compatibility: Works with Fesler A-pillar panels (raw or covered) and OE factory A-pillar pads.
  • Professional installation recommended, particularly for final fitment and upholstery work.
