Custom Seats Built by Hand in Phoenix
Fesler builds the seat, not just the cover. The steel frame is fabricated in our Phoenix, Arizona shop, the foam is cut and shaped here, and the cover is wrapped here in vinyl, leather or the material you choose. Bench seats, 60/40 and 50/50 splits, bucket seats and matching rear seats for classic Chevy trucks, Camaro, Chevelle and Nova, built from bare steel to finished seat.

Bench, split, bucket and rear seats
Every one starts as steel on the welding table. Pick the layout, the width and the material, and the shop builds it.
Bench with built-in console
The center console and removable cup holder are built into the seat itself. Console options can be customized; ask about a pocket or other storage.

Each section on its own steel frame, tracks and recline, so they fold and adjust independently. Built to your width. Contact the shop to spec one.

Custom steel rear seats built to pair with front buckets. Currently for 1967-69 and 1970-81 Camaro, 1968-72 Chevelle and 1966-67 Nova. Mounts like factory and clears most tubs.

Fesler Custom Seats
Built from bare steel in Phoenix, Arizona
This seat is not a reupholstered core. Fesler fabricates the steel frame, cuts and shapes the foam, and wraps the cover in-house. Bench, 60/40, 50/50, bucket and matching rear seats all come out of the same shop.
Step 1
Steel frame, fabricated here
Back frame, base frame, spring bays, recline and hinge mounts are cut, fit and welded in our shop. Splits get a separate frame per section.
Step 2
Springs, tracks and foam
Spring support goes in before the foam. We cut and shape our own foam, which sets the bolster, wedge and cushion depth for the build.
Step 3
Wrapped in your material
Vinyl standard in black, red, tan or cream. Leather and other materials on request, with inserts in a contrasting material or pattern. Call 480-748-2000 for custom.

What is the shipping process for Fesler seats?
Seats are oversized and ship truck freight. Rear seats are a custom order part and can take 4 to 6 weeks to build; we try to keep some frames in stock.
