Fesler builds parts for the 1988-2000 Chevy and GMC GMT400 trucks: C/K and Silverado pickups, GMC Sierra, Tahoe and Suburban. Each part lists its own years and cabs, so check the card before you order.

Reserve your kit
  1. Hold your place for $1

    We do not charge for the glass until it ships. Final kit pricing will be announced.

  2. Production is released

    Final production molds are being completed. When production is released, you get a Credit Card Authorization Form.

  3. Pre-order trucks ship first

    Glass ships LTL truck freight in custom freight packaging, and your card is not charged until the glass is ready to ship.

Before you bond anything

OBS trucks are decades old, and every cab has its own history of use and repair, so openings vary from truck to truck. Test fit the glass before you bond it. If your cab has been repaired, call us first and we will talk it through with you.

OBS questions

When will the OBS glass ship?

The kit is in development and final production molds are being completed. We will share timing with pre-order customers once production is released.

How is the glass installed?

It bonds in with a FRIT band, primer and automotive urethane, with no external molding. Do not use butyl. Professional installation by a certified auto-glass technician is required. Test fit within 60 days of receipt, because glass is non-returnable.

Will the glass fit a reproduction cab?

Fesler glass is designed and verified to original factory dimensions on factory sheet metal. Reproduction cabs, including Dynacorn, are more likely to need body work, and we do not recommend Fesler glass for Premier Street Rod reproduction cabs. Ask us about your shell before you order.

Do the door panels clear a 1996 and newer dash?

With a 1996 and newer stock dash, the front panels can contact the dash edge. Shaving the panel edge provides clearance.

Can I keep the window switches on the doors?

The panels are laid out for power windows, with window and lock switches moving to the center console. Door mounting is possible with customer modification.

Do I have to cut my doors for speakers?

No. The panels accept 6.5 in speakers, and Fesler offers a no-cut speaker kit using Morel components, sold separately.
