1966–1967 Chevrolet Nova / Chevy II — Fiberglass Door Panels, Set of 4 — Front and Rear — Hand-Built in Phoenix, Arizona

Shipping & lead time

Fesler stocks most interior parts in Phoenix, Arizona. Standard orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Customization options or backorders may extend the lead time. We will reach out if there is a delay on your order.

Fits: 1966 and 1967 Chevrolet Nova and Chevy II — 2-door hardtop (no-post) with no wing windows.

1966 buyers: verify your door configuration before ordering.

The Fesler USA 1966–1967 Nova door panel set is a complete front-and-rear replacement in extra-strength fiberglass with a smooth gel-coat finish. All four panels ship together for the 2-door hardtop no-post Nova. Front panels house a 6.5-inch speaker opening and are engineered for power windows and Fesler billet door hardware.

What's included

  • Two (2) front door panels — fiberglass, smooth gel-coat, 6.5-inch speaker opening
  • Two (2) rear door panels — fiberglass, smooth gel-coat

Available as add-ons: Fesler Morel speaker kits, power window kits with GM motors, billet 4-way switch kit, and Fesler billet door handles.

Not included: Upholstery, power window hardware (unless added), speakers (unless added), or door handles.

1966 Nova owners: verify door configuration before ordering.

Some 1966 Novas were built with wing windows in the front doors. These panels do not fit doors with wing windows without modification. If your car has no wing windows (or has been retrofitted with 1967-style doors), these panels fit with minimal modification.

Fitment

  • Primary application: 1966 and 1967 Nova / Chevy II 2-door hardtop (no-post) without wing windows.
  • Body style: Sedans, wagons, and convertibles are not supported without modification.

Speakers and power windows

Front panels have a built-in 6.5-inch speaker opening. Fesler Morel speaker kits available — no metal cutting required. Power windows: Fesler power window kits with GM motors and a billet 4-way switch kit available at checkout.

Door handles: Fesler billet handles strongly recommended. Stock or aftermarket handles require significant modification.

Installation

  • Skill level: Intermediate. Standard panel swap on a factory no-post Nova.
  • Test-fit all four panels before upholstery.
  • Professional installation recommended, particularly for power window wiring, speaker wiring, and final upholstery fitment.

Shipping

  • Typical ship window: 1 to 3 business days when the part is in stock.
  • Backorders: Some parts are built to order and may take longer. We will reach out if there is a delay on your order.
  • Custom options: Customization choices can add to the lead time while we prep, fit, and finish your part.
  • Packaging: Every part is hand-packaged to withstand freight without damage.

Fesler USA Interiors

Interior systems that feel engineered, not improvised.

Every Fesler kit starts as a CAD model and is built in fiberglass with a smooth gel-coat finish. Panels follow the body lines, gaps stay tight, and there is room for stitching, billet trim, audio, and screens without hacking the car apart.

If you are finishing a full build and want the cockpit to match the level of the paint, stance, and drivetrain, this is where you start.

If you can dream it, you can build it around these parts.

Fesler fiberglass and steel pieces are the structure. Your choice of leather, vinyl, colors and stitching is what turns them into a one-off interior that matches the rest of the build.

Materials
What you wrap it in.
Premium leather Automotive vinyl Alcantara / suede Painted or textured
Panels are built with smooth faces and strong edges so your upholsterer can wrap in leather, vinyl, suede or even paint and texture without fighting thin lips or odd shapes.
Color & layout
How the interior reads at a glance.
Two-tone breaks OEM-style neutrals High-contrast accents Color-matched inserts
Clean lines and defined sections make it easy to run OEM-style neutrals, loud show-car combos or simple two-tone layouts that still look intentional.
Stitching
Patterns and thread choices.
Contrast stitching Diamond patterns Pleats & horizontals Logo embroidery zones
Stitching lanes and flat pads are built into the design, so diamonds, pleats and simple contrast lines stay even from side to side instead of wandering.
Details
The small stuff that makes it yours.
Billet trim & pulls Perforated inserts Embossed logos Audio & lighting zones
Each system leaves room for badges, perforated or embossed inserts, billet pieces, speakers and lighting so you can tie the interior back to the wheels, paint and engine bay.
Work with your upholsterer or builder to spec materials, colors and stitching around your Fesler interior kit.
