The Fesler USA 1966–1967 Chevelle door panel set is a complete four-panel replacement in hand-laid fiberglass with a smooth gel-coat finish. All four panels — front left, front right, rear left, rear right — ship together as a direct OEM-replacement set ready for upholstery in leather, vinyl, or suede. Front panels accept a 6.5-inch speaker and are designed for power windows and Fesler billet door hardware. Panels arrive slightly long to accommodate body variances and require very mild trimming around the wing window area for a dialed-in fit. Fesler can also fit the panels to your car before shipping so they arrive ready to wrap.

Fitment
- Primary application: 1966 and 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle — front and rear doors, all body styles unless noted below.
- Wing window trimming: Panels arrive slightly long to accommodate body variances. Very mild trimming around the wing window area is expected and normal on all applications.
Convertible owners: additional trimming required.
Convertible models require additional trimming on the rear panels to clear the convertible top mechanisms. Plan for extra fitment time before sending to your upholstery shop.
GTO owners: possible with customer modification.
These panels may fit the GTO with customer-performed modification. Fesler does not provide installation instructions for non-Chevelle applications. If you are building on a GTO, the modification is the customer's responsibility.
- Modified cars: Prior bodywork, door skin repairs, and non-OE restoration work can affect panel alignment. Test-fit all four panels before upholstery.
Speaker options
Front panels have a built-in 6.5-inch speaker opening. Fesler Morel no-cut speaker kits are available as add-ons — no cutting door metal required. Two configurations available:
Power windows
These panels are designed for power windows. Fesler offers complete power window kits with GM-style motors and a billet 4-way switch kit with everything needed for installation. Both are available as add-ons at checkout.
Door handles: Fesler billet handles are strongly recommended.
These panels are designed to work with Fesler billet door handles. Stock or aftermarket handles will require significant modification to the panel and latch mechanism. Using Fesler handles eliminates that work entirely.
Installation
- Skill level: Intermediate. Direct OEM replacement with mild trimming expected on all applications.
- Wing window trimming: Panels arrive slightly long. Very mild trimming around the wing window area is expected and normal. Mark and trim before upholstery.
- Fit-to-car option: Fesler can handle the trimming and fitting before the panels ship. Select at checkout to skip this step entirely.
- Test-fit: Test-fit all four panels before upholstery. Convertible rear panels require extra trimming to clear top mechanisms.
- Speaker install: Fesler Morel no-cut kits drop into the 6.5-inch front panel opening without cutting any door metal.
- Power windows: Install power window kit before finalizing panel position and sending to upholstery shop.
- Professional installation recommended, particularly for power window wiring, speaker wiring, and final upholstery fitment.
