1966-67 Chevelle Door Panels
High quality front and rear door panels built from hand-laid fiberglass with a smooth gel-coat finish. These are direct OEM-replacement panels designed to be upholstered in your choice of materials or painted to match. Panels arrive slightly long to accommodate body variances; expect very mild trimming around the wing window for a perfect fit.
Year fitment: 1966–1967 Chevelle. See notes below regarding GTO and convertible models.

Fitment and compatibility
- Vehicle: 1966–1967 Chevelle, front and rear doors (set of four).
- Wing window trim: very mild trimming recommended for a dialed-in fit.
- GTO note: Panels may fit GTO with customer-performed modification. Fesler does not provide install instructions for non-original applications.
- Convertible note: additional trimming required to clear convertible-top mechanisms.
Audio and options
Front panels accept a 6.5 in speaker. Fesler offers a no-cut Morel speaker kit that fits the panel without cutting door metal, with options for built-in tweeters or a 3-way configuration (sold separately).
Power window options
Designed for use with power windows (not included). Select upgrade kits in the product options; we supply premium systems with GM-style motors. Add our custom 4-way switch kit for a clean, complete install (sold separately).

Do these come pre-upholstered?
No. Panels ship in smooth gel-coat and are intended to be upholstered or painted by the customer.
What speakers will fit?
The front panels accept 6.5 in speakers. Our Morel no-cut kit is available with tweeter and 3-way options.
Will these fit GTO?
Possible with customer modification. Fesler does not provide instructions for non-Chevelle applications.
What about convertibles?
Convertible models require additional trimming to clear the top mechanisms.
