The Fesler USA 1968–1972 Nova complete power window kit covers all four windows in one box. The kit includes front door regulators (left and right), rear quarter regulators (left and right), four new ACI motors, a 4-way switch kit, and a custom wiring harness routed to the center console. The harness can also be split and routed to the doors or dash depending on your build. Designed to work with Fesler Nova door panels for a clean, integrated installation. Harness routing options
The custom wiring harness is routed to the center console by default. The harness is designed to be flexible so you can customize the routing based on your build.
Compatibility
- Fesler door panels: This kit is designed to work with Fesler 1968–1972 Nova fiberglass door panels for a clean, integrated installation.
- Fesler center console: The harness is set up to route to Fesler 1968–1972 Nova center consoles but also works with most aftermarket and custom consoles.

Fitment
- Primary application: 1968–1972 Chevrolet Nova (X-body, third generation).
- Body styles: Hardtop, coupe, and convertible. One kit fits all body styles.
- Coverage: All four windows — both front doors and both rear quarters.
This kit does not fit the 1963–1967 Nova.
The 1963–1967 and 1968–1972 Nova use different door and glass configurations. Fesler offers a separate power window kit designed specifically for the 1963–1967 Nova hardtop/coupe. Make sure you are ordering the correct kit for your year.
Verify your application. Confirm your body style and check for any prior door or glass modifications before ordering. Regulator geometry may vary on cars with non-OE doors or custom glass. Contact Fesler if you are unsure about your application.
Installation
- Remove manual regulators: Remove the factory manual regulators and test-fit the new assemblies.
- Mount regulators and motors: Align glass and confirm full travel before final mounting.
- Switch and harness: Locate and mount the 4-way switch. Route the harness with loom and grommets for a clean install.
- Power connection: Connect to a fused 12V source and ground. Verify polarity and window direction before buttoning up.
- Skill level: Intermediate to advanced. Professional installation recommended for regulator mounting, motor installation, wiring, and switch integration.

This kit includes its own matched regulators and motors. Mixing components from other suppliers requires verifying geometry and mounting compatibility. For the best result, run the kit as a complete system.
