The kit includes front door regulators (left and right), rear quarter regulators (left and right), four new ACI motors, a 4-way switch kit, and a custom wiring harness routed to the center console. Harness routing options

The custom wiring harness is routed to the center console by default. The harness is designed to be flexible so you can customize the routing based on your build.

Console Routing

Default configuration. Harness routes to the center console for a clean, centralized switch location. Works with Fesler consoles and most aftermarket consoles.

Door Routing

Split the harness and route to the driver door panel. Places the 4-way switch within easy reach of the driver.

Dash Routing

Split the harness and route to the dash. An option for builds that do not run a center console or prefer dash-mounted controls.

Compatibility

  • Fesler door panels: This kit is designed to work with Fesler 1968–1972 Nova fiberglass door panels for a clean, integrated installation.
  • Fesler center console: The harness is set up to route to Fesler 1968–1972 Nova center consoles but also works with most aftermarket and custom consoles.

Installation

  • Remove manual regulators: Remove the factory manual regulators and test-fit the new assemblies.
  • Mount regulators and motors: Align glass and confirm full travel before final mounting.
  • Switch and harness: Locate and mount the 4-way switch. Route the harness with loom and grommets for a clean install.
  • Power connection: Connect to a fused 12V source and ground. Verify polarity and window direction before buttoning up.
  • Skill level: Intermediate to advanced. Professional installation recommended for regulator mounting, motor installation, wiring, and switch integration.
