Shipping & lead time

Fesler stocks most interior parts in Phoenix, Arizona. Standard orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Customization options or backorders may extend the lead time. We will reach out if there is a delay on your order.

The Fesler USA 1968–1972 Nova fiberglass dash cluster insert is a hand-laid panel that drops into the Fesler Nova dash overlay with minimal trimming. Upper section measures 23.5 inches wide by 6.3 inches tall — wide enough for a full Dakota Digital spread or your own custom gauge layout. The lower section handles headlight switches, wiper controls, a radio, billet AC vents, or nothing at all. Also fits the 1969 first-gen Camaro alongside the Fesler Camaro dash overlay with minimal trimming. Raw gel-coat ships ready for paint or upholstery.

Fesler can install your gauges and cut your accessory openings for you.

Order the insert with or without gauges. We can mount your gauge package and cut any custom accessory openings before the panel ships.

What's included

  • One (1) hand-laid fiberglass dash cluster insert, smooth gel-coat finish
  • All hardware required for installation

Not included: Fesler dash overlay (sold separately), paint finish, gauges (unless added), or close-out panel for factory dash applications.

Important: This panel is not sold painted or upholstered. Professional installation is recommended.

Dimensions

  • Upper section width: 23.5 inches
  • Upper section height: 6.3 inches
  • Fits Dakota Digital multi-gauge packages and a wide variety of aftermarket gauge clusters
  • Lower section accepts headlight switch, wiper switch, radio opening, billet AC vents, or no cutouts

Read this before you wrap. Wrapping the cluster insert is not recommended unless both the dash overlay and the insert are test-fit together first and the thickness of your wrap material is accounted for on both pieces. These panels are designed to be used with the dash wrapped in leather and the insert painted.

Fitment

  • Primary application: 1968–1972 Nova / Chevy II with the Fesler Nova dash overlay (sold separately).
  • Factory Nova dash: Works on factory dash, but a close-out panel is required (customer-fabricated).

Installation

  • Install time: Approximately one hour to trim and test-fit.
  • Gauge install: Fesler can mount your gauge package and cut accessory openings before shipping.
  • Professional installation recommended.

Fesler USA Interiors

Interior systems that feel engineered, not improvised.

Every Fesler kit starts as a CAD model and is built in fiberglass with a smooth gel-coat finish. Panels follow the body lines, gaps stay tight, and there is room for stitching, billet trim, audio, and screens without hacking the car apart.

If you are finishing a full build and want the cockpit to match the level of the paint, stance, and drivetrain, this is where you start.

Materials
What you wrap it in.
Premium leather Automotive vinyl Alcantara / suede Painted or textured
Panels are built with smooth faces and strong edges so your upholsterer can wrap in leather, vinyl, suede or even paint and texture without fighting thin lips or odd shapes.
Color & layout
How the interior reads at a glance.
Two-tone breaks OEM-style neutrals High-contrast accents Color-matched inserts
Clean lines and defined sections make it easy to run OEM-style neutrals, loud show-car combos or simple two-tone layouts that still look intentional.
Stitching
Patterns and thread choices.
Contrast stitching Diamond patterns Pleats & horizontals Logo embroidery zones
Stitching lanes and flat pads are built into the design, so diamonds, pleats and simple contrast lines stay even from side to side instead of wandering.
Details
The small stuff that makes it yours.
Billet trim & pulls Perforated inserts Embossed logos Audio & lighting zones
Each system leaves room for badges, perforated or embossed inserts, billet pieces, speakers and lighting so you can tie the interior back to the wheels, paint and engine bay.
Work with your upholsterer or builder to spec materials, colors and stitching around your Fesler interior kit.
