The Fesler USA 1973–1986 Squarebody door panels (Style Original) are a complete front door replacement set for the classic Chevy and GMC standard cab truck. Hand-laid fiberglass with wood inserts for added strength, smooth gel-coat finish, and full door surface coverage that eliminates the lower panel gaps and issues common on stock and cut-up Squarebody doors. Designed for power windows, Fesler billet door hardware and armrests, and Morel speaker kits. Ships ready for upholstery in leather, vinyl, or suede.

Power windows
These panels are engineered for power windows. Fesler offers complete power window kits with GM motors and a billet 2-way switch kit with everything needed for installation. Both are available as add-ons at checkout.
Door handles and armrests: Fesler billet is strongly recommended.
These panels are specifically engineered to integrate with Fesler billet door handles and armrests. Both can be wrapped to match your interior and are sold separately. Stock or aftermarket handles may be used but will require modification to the panel and latch mechanism for proper fitment.
Installation
- Skill level: Intermediate. Direct OEM-style replacement with minimal adjustment on a standard factory Squarebody cab.
- Test-fit: Test-fit both panels before upholstery or paint. Trucks with prior door work may need minor trimming.
- Speaker install: Fesler Morel speaker kits drop into the 6.5-inch opening without cutting any metal.
- Power windows: Install power window kit before finalizing panel position and sending to upholstery shop.
- Door handles and armrests: Fesler billet hardware installs cleanly. Stock handle integration requires modification.
- Professional installation recommended, particularly for power window wiring, speaker wiring, and final upholstery fitment.
