The Fesler USA 1973–1986 Squarebody door panels (Style B) bring an updated profile to the same extra-strength fiberglass construction and full door surface coverage that Fesler Squarebody panels are known for. Hand-laid with wood inserts for added strength, smooth gel-coat finish, and a design engineered for power windows, Fesler billet door hardware and armrests, and Morel speaker kits.
What's included
- Two (2) Modern Squarebody front door panels — hand-laid fiberglass, smooth gelcoat, door inserts and speaker grilles to fit up to 6.5-inch speaker with tweeter.
Available as add-ons: Fesler Morel speaker kits, power window kits with GM motors, billet 2-way switch kit, Fesler billet door handles, and Fesler billet armrests.
Not included: Upholstery, power window hardware (unless added), speakers (unless added), door handles, or armrests.
Important: Panels ship in raw gel-coat finish. Professional installation is recommended.

- Cab configuration: Standard cab only.
Speakers and power windows
Each panel has a 6.5-inch speaker opening. Fesler Morel speaker kits available — no metal cutting required. Power windows: Fesler power window kits with GM motors and a billet 2-way switch kit available at checkout.
Door handles and armrests: Fesler billet strongly recommended. Stock or aftermarket handles will require modification.
Installation
- Skill level: Intermediate. Direct OEM-style replacement.
- Test-fit both panels before upholstery or paint.
- Professional installation recommended, particularly for power window wiring, speaker wiring, and final upholstery fitment.
