The Fesler USA Squarebody full interior kit is a five-piece, complete cabin overhaul for the 1973–1987 Chevrolet and GMC C/K standard cab truck. Dash overlay, door panels, kick panels, headliner, and rear trim panel. Every major interior surface. CAD-modeled, hand-laid fiberglass built in Phoenix, Arizona and finished in smooth gel-coat across every piece. The Squarebody has one of the most devoted build communities in the classic truck world. This kit gives it an interior that matches the effort going into the rest of the build.

Recommended add-ons to complete the build:
Fesler billet door handles (multiple finishes), power window kits with GM motors, window crank or switch kits, Morel speaker kits, Dakota Digital gauge cluster, and Fesler billet AC vents. All available separately or bundled through individual product listings.
Important: All panels ship raw in gel-coat finish.
It is the customer's responsibility to have all panels upholstered or painted to match their interior, unless ordering with Fesler's in-house wrap service. Professional installation is recommended.
Custom upholstery — Fesler in-house wrap service
You do not have to source your own upholstery shop. Fesler can wrap and finish the entire kit in-house in your choice of leather, vinyl, or suede with custom stitching, patterns, inserts, and detailing tailored to your Squarebody build.

Fitment
- Primary application: 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1987 Chevrolet and GMC C/K Squarebody standard cab trucks.
- 1988 carryover trucks: Some 1988 R/V models with the same cab shell are compatible. Verify your specific cab style and dash configuration before ordering.
- Cab configuration: Standard cab only. Does not directly fit Suburban, Blazer, or crew cab interiors without modification.
- Dash note: Designed for the factory-style Squarebody dash structure. Custom or heavily modified dashboards may require additional work to integrate the overlay.
- Modified trucks: Prior restorations, patch panels, or non-OE repair work can affect how individual pieces seat. Test-fit every piece before committing to upholstery or paint.
Suburban, Blazer, and crew cab owners: this kit does not directly fit.
This kit is designed for the standard cab C/K Squarebody platform only. Suburban, Blazer, and crew cab configurations have different interior dimensions and will require modification. Contact us before ordering if you are building on a non-standard cab.
Test-fit before you finish. Every Squarebody has its own history. Prior bodywork, rust repair, and non-OE work can affect how individual pieces seat. Always test-fit every piece before wrapping or painting.
Installation
- Skill level: Intermediate to advanced. This is a full interior replacement across five pieces. Plan your install sequence before you start. Recommended order: dash overlay, headliner, door panels, kick panels, rear trim panel.
- Test-fitting: Required on all five pieces before upholstery or paint. Do not skip this step, particularly on the headliner and dash overlay.
- Tools required: Basic hand tools for standard bolt-on applications. Minor trimming tools for final fitment adjustments on trucks with body history.
- Audio and console note: Panel modifications may be required for custom speaker locations, switches, and console setups. Many builders integrate this kit with custom audio and electronics without issue.
- Professional installation strongly recommended for final fitment, upholstery work, gauge installation, speaker wiring, and power window integration.

- All five pieces are inspected, finished, packaged, and shipped in-house from Phoenix, Arizona.
- Ships as oversize freight due to headliner and door panel dimensions. Weight is listed as dimensional weight for shipping purposes.
