FLUSH GLASS OPTIMIZED. SAIL PANELS INCLUDED. RAW OR WRAPPED.

Why builders choose the Fesler hard headliner

  • Hand-laid fiberglass construction: Rigid shell that needs no spacers or add-on supports. Durable, rattle-free, and built to last the life of the vehicle.
  • Refined molds: Consistent, repeatable fitment from unit to unit. This is not a generic fiberglass part. The mold is purpose-built for the 1969 Camaro shell.
  • Flush glass optimized: The headliner is extended at the front and rear to work with bonded flush glass windshield and rear glass installations. Stock glass applications require approximately 1/2" of trimming.
  • Sail panels included: The headliner ships with matching sail panels. One order covers the headliner and sail panel set.
  • Dome light ready: The shell supports a dome light cutout or can run with no dome light for a clean look. Cutout location is user-determined to match your setup.
  • Raw or wrapped: Ships in raw fiberglass ready for prep and finish, or order it wrapped in headliner material or suede in your color.

What's included

  • One (1) fiberglass hard headliner shell
  • Matching sail panels (pair)

Not included: A-pillars, visors, mounting hardware, adhesives, or upholstery (unless ordered wrapped).

Sail panels are included. A-pillars and visors are sold separately. Choose factory-style A-pillars or Fesler custom A-pillars that are longer for flush glass and include a tweeter location.

Flush glass compatibility

This headliner is extended at the front and rear specifically for flush glass builds. The added length ensures full coverage where bonded glass meets the roof, eliminating gaps that standard headliners leave exposed.

Running Fesler Flush Glass

Install as-is. Headliner length is optimized for bonded flush glass at the windshield and rear glass.

Running Stock Glass

Trim approximately 1/2" at the front and rear to dial in the fit. Fiberglass construction makes this a straightforward modification.

Compatibility and options

  • A-pillars: Works with factory-style A-pillars (sold separately) or Fesler custom A-pillars that are longer for flush glass and include a tweeter location (sold separately).
  • Visors: Visor mounting spots are provided. Visors are sold separately and can be wrapped to match.
  • Overhead console: Currently in development. Planned to include integrated lighting.

  • Finish: Install wrapped components or finish raw parts before final installation.
  • Skill level: Intermediate to advanced. Professional installation recommended.

Fesler fiberglass and steel pieces are the structure. Your choice of leather, vinyl, colors and stitching is what turns them into a one-off interior that matches the rest of the build.

Materials
What you wrap it in.
Premium leather Automotive vinyl Alcantara / suede Painted or textured
Panels are built with smooth faces and strong edges so your upholsterer can wrap in leather, vinyl, suede or even paint and texture without fighting thin lips or odd shapes.
Color & layout
How the interior reads at a glance.
Two-tone breaks OEM-style neutrals High-contrast accents Color-matched inserts
Clean lines and defined sections make it easy to run OEM-style neutrals, loud show-car combos or simple two-tone layouts that still look intentional.
Stitching
Patterns and thread choices.
Contrast stitching Diamond patterns Pleats & horizontals Logo embroidery zones
Stitching lanes and flat pads are built into the design, so diamonds, pleats and simple contrast lines stay even from side to side instead of wandering.
Details
The small stuff that makes it yours.
Billet trim & pulls Perforated inserts Embossed logos Audio & lighting zones
Each system leaves room for badges, perforated or embossed inserts, billet pieces, speakers and lighting so you can tie the interior back to the wheels, paint and engine bay.
Work with your upholsterer or builder to spec materials, colors and stitching around your Fesler interior kit.
