The Fesler USA 1968–1969 Camaro and Firebird fiberglass door panels are a complete set of four, molded from extra-strength fiberglass and finished in smooth gel-coat. Front panels are designed for 6.5" speakers with optional Morel speaker kits that drop in without cutting any metal. Designed specifically to accept Fesler billet door handles, Fesler power window kits, and custom 4-way switch kits. Upholstery-ready out of the box. This is the interior foundation a first-gen build deserves.

Important: These panels are not sold upholstered or painted.
It is the customer's responsibility to have these panels upholstered or painted to match their interior. When ordered pre-wrapped, panels arrive ready to install straight from the box. Professional installation is recommended.
Speaker and audio fitment
Front door panels are designed to house 6.5" speakers. Fesler offers optional Morel speaker kits that drop directly into the panel opening without cutting any metal. Two configurations are available.
Door handle compatibility
These panels are specifically designed to work with Fesler custom billet door handles. The panel geometry, latch pocket, and handle clearance are all engineered around the Fesler billet handle lineup. Multiple finishes are available to match your interior direction.
Stock or aftermarket handles require significant modification.
Using handles other than Fesler billet will require significant modification to both the panel and the interior latch mechanism. If you are not running Fesler handles, plan for additional fabrication time. For the cleanest result, use Fesler handles. They are designed for this panel.
Power window compatibility
These panels are designed for power window use. Manual window mechanisms are not accommodated without modification. Fesler offers two power window upgrade options available at checkout.
Fitment
- Primary application: 1968 and 1969 Chevrolet Camaro (hardtop and convertible) and 1968 and 1969 Pontiac Firebird.
- Hardtop: Front and rear panels fit with minimal modification. Test-fit and install in approximately one hour.
- Convertible rear panels: Require up to 50% trimming to clear convertible top mechanisms. Plan approximately one hour of modification work on the rear panels.
1967 Camaro fitment — read before ordering.
These panels do not fit 1967 doors with wing windows without modification. Some 1967 models were retrofitted with 1968–1969 style doors. Verify your door configuration before purchasing. If your 1967 does not have wing windows and features a three-quarter door panel with a painted metal upper section, these panels will fit with minimal modification. If your doors include wing windows or earlier full-door configurations, modifications will be required.
Installation
- Install time: Approximately one hour to test-fit and install on a standard 1968–1969 hardtop application.
- Convertible rear panels: Add approximately one hour for trimming to clear top mechanisms.
- Skill level: Intermediate. Minimal mock-up required on hardtop applications. Fabrication required for convertible rears and any non-Fesler handle fitment.
- Pre-wrapped option: Order panels pre-wrapped and they arrive ready to install straight out of the box. No upholstery shop required.
- Professional installation recommended for handle fitment, power window wiring, and speaker installation.
