Ordering glass for your classic build is exciting. Shipping large fragile parts is different from a normal delivery, so a simple plan helps. Use this guide to receive your Fesler glass with confidence and avoid surprise fees.

Before delivery day

• Delivery location: Freight carriers deliver curbside or driveway. They do not place crates inside a garage.
• Unloading plan: Glass ships in a wooden crate. If you do not have a dock or forklift, the carrier may use a liftgate. Liftgate service can add an extra charge.
• Help on hand: Have a second person available to inspect and move the crate safely.

During delivery

• Inspect before signing: Check the crate for punctures, crushed corners, or broken slats.
• Document condition: Take clear photos or video at the truck. Capture all sides of the crate and any marks.
• Write notes on the paperwork: If you see damage, write it on the Bill of Lading before you sign. Keep a photo of the signed page.
